Use consistent categories. If every expense is disguised as something different, nobody will understand it later.

Open the module and find the button to create a new movement.
Choose whether it is income or expense before filling in the details.
Category, concept and amount. No novel, but done properly.
Review the general result later or filter if you need to understand better what is happening.
