Entras en Settings, revisas cada bloque y activas solo lo que te sirva de verdad.
Do not enable things just to test them and then forget about them. Better simple and clear than overloaded and confusing.
Usual steps
Open the module and first review the General section.
Check AI, sharing and reading according to what you need.
Check Calendar, Notes or Finance if you need to fine-tune something.
Once you find a configuration that suits you, do not keep changing it for no reason.
